Caddo Mills — Ronnie Monroe

Ronnie Lee Monroe, 55, of Royse City passed away July 1, 2010.

Born Feb. 19, 1955, in Dallas, he was the son of John T. and Lula Mae Baker Monroe.

Survivors are his wife, Barbara Monroe of Royse City; sons Kyle Monroe of Royse City and John Monroe of Forney; a daughter, Misty Monroe of Crandall; three grandchildren, Austin Lee Brooks, Brittany Nichole Brooks and Chloe Ann Monroe, all of Forney; brothers Michael Monroe of Royse City and Kenny Monroe of Kemp; half brother Buddy Locke of Alaska; sisters Sandra Busbee of Terrell and Beverly Adams of Crandall; and half sisters Esther Eldridge of Longview and Wanda Troquille of Tyler.

Two brothers, John Richard Monroe and Donald Ray Monroe, preceded him in death.

Services were at 1 p.m., July 3, in the Rentfrow Funeral Home chapel in Caddo Mills.

Lames C. Cornelius, 74, of Royse City passed away Oct. 6, 2011. He was born July 3, 1937, in Royse City to Raymond and Ann L. (Baley) Cornelius. James was a proud member of the National Guard and served with the Tri County Honor Guard of Royse City.

Warren L. Frye, 41, of Royse City passed away Sept. 8, 2011.
He was born July 28, 1970, in Bedford, Va., to Ronnie and Avis Carl (Crouch) Frye. Warren worked in equipment sales. He was a former board member and coach of the Royse City Youth Association and Royse City Youth Baseball. Warren also served on the Royse City Parks & Recreation board and enjoyed coaching football. He attended First Baptist Church of Royse City.
