Paul Leroy Hollis, 91, of Royse City passed away April 3, 2010.
He was born Sept. 27, 1918, in Hunt County to Robert Lewis and Eva (Noys) Hollis. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army. He had worked as a superintendent in the construction industry and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Royse City.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Millie Hollis of Royse City; children Louise McCullough of Elmo, Roy Hollis and wife Pat of Garland, Mitzi Wind and husband Stephen of Jacksonville, Fla., and Joy Evans of Mesquite; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brother Matthew and sisters Edna and Evelyn.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., April 7 at Rest Haven Memorial Park with Chaplain Jeffrey Leynor officiating.
Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
