‘Sis’ Campbell
Evelyn “Sis” Campbell, 83, of Royse City died March 27, 2009.
She was born June 17, 1925, in Royse City to William Franklin and Josie (Birdwell) Campbell. Miss Campbell was a retired mail carrier and a member of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her sister, Mittie Jane Frazier of Rockwall, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Miss Campbell was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Joe Frank, Lonnie Ray and Erby Lee Campbell.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., March 29, in the Rest Haven Funeral Home-Royse City Chapel with Dr. Aubrey Patterson officiating. Interment followed in Royse City Cemetery.
