ROCKWALL COUNTY —
GREENVILLE – L-3 Mission Integration honored more than 200 employees for outstanding achievements during the company’s inaugural Top Star awards. Selected by company leadership, the individuals and teams were recognized for their strong customer focus and leadership in areas of accountability, operational excellence and program performance.
Winners from the Royse City area included Allan Avery, Cindy Avery, Chris Carr, Larry Coker, Pat Durbin, Ernie Ellis, Jeff Fulghum, Cecil Harwell, Rick Jacques, Brian Johnson, Gene Mancias, James Merillat, Bob Morse, Miguel Nunez, Cheryl-Annette Parker, Adam Reppond, Rick Sayler and Kelly White.
Mark Von Schwarz, president of L-3 Mission Integration, presented the awards. “In this time of war, our customers demand both lightning schedules and exceptional product performance. They make these demands on behalf of the users in the field who put their lives at stake every day protecting our freedom in a diverse set of dangerous missions,” Von Schwarz said. “In a year of superior performance by the entire division, these winners personified our will to succeed.”
Each winner received a trophy, certificate and commemorative coin and chose from a selection of gifts.
